What about every other class though.....
This is world war 2 son
Wold war 2 had optics.......even call of duty ww2 had them.
Buuuuh!
?
Google world war 2 photos and see how many guys you see shooting through optics
Plenty from what I have seen.
All of them except the pistols.
LMFAO you're comparing the complete garbage of COD WWII to this game. Go back to cod. Yes they had optics in WWII but not for semi automatic firearms. Which since you clearly know little about WWII is the M1 Carbine, M1 Garand, Gewehr 43 and others. The only exception to this is the FG42 and I've heard of people using the M1 Garand in a sniper platform but if it's true it was very rare. Not sure why those were the only semi auto rifle with a scope but it is. All others were bolt action. Like the K98 sniper variant, the Springfield 1903A4 sniper rifle and the mosin nagant. It's unrealistic to have all these weapons with optics as it simply didn't work that way in the 40s not to mention the fact that sniper squads were rare compared to your standard infantry squads. I can't speak for Soviets as I'm not much into the history of WWII on the soviets side.
