The round end bonuses of: winning at 50%, finishing at 25%, and 10% per commendation; those only affect your career level, not your class/loadout XP.
The XP you accrue for your role in-game is added at the end of every minute in game, so for nodes, driving truck, and offence/defence (for being in those active sectors) that's when it gets counted.
Where as others are done upon completion, like building something, or blowing something up, repairs and killing enemies.
It's really those four categories on the scoreboard: Combat Effectiveness, Offence, Defence, and Logistical Effectiveness, that what count to you levelling up that specific role/loadout.
