This video will help a lot !!
It actually worked like a charm.

Thanks for the help, but it solved as expected.
The video recommendations did not result in good success. the pc continues to run at the maximum at 30FPS unstable, varies from 25 to 30 and with peaks of 45fps.
Not even trying to stabilize through the "msi afterburner/rivaturner" setting the fps limit to 30 or 45 or 60. The gameplay is totally unstable. UNPLAYABLE
Those pc requirements are pure illusion, not to say THEY ARE LIARS.
-----------------TOTALLY RIDICULOUS-----------------
MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows10 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-6600/AMD Ryzen 3 1300X
Memory: 12 GB of RAM
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4GB/AMD Radeon R9 380 4GB
-----------------TOTALLY A JOKE-----------------
RECOMMENDED:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows10 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-8400/AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
Memory: 16 GB of RAM
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB /AMD Radeon RX 590 8GB
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband internet connection
Storage: 30 GB available space
These are recommendations collected from the Steam store page and are MISLEADING.
The Black Matter Pty Ltd and Team17 team have to change these requirements as they are not consistent with good playable quality.
The buyer who relies on these requirements to buy the game will be HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
I'm testing an RTX2060 and a RYZEN5 1600AF with low graphics and it's horrible. Bad gameplay, not fluid. Very unstable, small crashes all the time, slow to change equipment, slow to aim at the shoulder, slow to everything, to crouch, lift... FINALLY to do anything in the game is very unstable.
i run a ryzen 7 2700 and a rtx 2060 and get between 80 and 120 running my 1080p monitor in 1440p with the help of dsr on nvidia control panel.
Ok, I got it. Thanks to everyone who helped.
I think for now the solution is to spend some money on a new powerful processor. However, the one I am has a performance only 6% lower (according to sites that do benchmarks) than what is described in the recommended requirements in the game store and I think this is a mistake, the requirements are misleading and those responsible should correct (or update) ). I am very sad about and will uninstall the game.
I hope those responsible for the game optimize as soon as possible, before I save money to buy a powerful processor.
It will downscale the resolution to your native resolution in result for more fps.
What i've noticed it will also make the game look more sharp for better visability.
If u have installed "Nvidia Experience" u can select the desired resolution in the settings on wich resolution u wanna go downscale it to at. 85% 77% 67% 59%.
I recommend not going any lower than 77% on 1080p or your game will be too blurry/washed out.
The only way to counter the problem seems to be raw CPU speed.
A friend plays with me using a laptop from 2016 which is also playable. In fact, he top-scored in the squad last week.
I'd worry less about the numbers and enjoy the game at a detail setting that doesn't cause stuttering. It's better for your bank balance too.
