I like to think most players on this game are friendly, but there are a couple bad apples.

and i wouldnt even say that that server you played on was "noob un-friendly"

I had a level one guy in my squad last night when we were seeding our server, I made sure he had a good time. Look for a clan server with a good ping for you. good signs will be if they have a training server and a Discord mentioned. Go introduce yourself, see if you'll fit in, if not move on. Playing with a clan regularly will lead to more fun games, there are also groups that operate as communities to arrange matches between clans etc.
There is a good community, you just got unlucky with the servers you tried.
