low frames and stutter

guys i need help, i have a gaming pc with ryzen9 12x4,2ghz and a rtx 3060 12gb, 32gb ddr4 ram and 1tb ssd. its a very good pc but somehow i have issues on this game. All the other games i play run fine on maxed out settings but this one i get low frames and stuttering when i move my mouse.

Also add -notexturestreaming, and run in Windowed Fullscreen.

Performance in this game is generally bad. It'd be cool if they upgraded to UE5.

i fixed it guys thanks i had only 6 cores available out of my 12 somehow and now i fixed it through google

This won't fix performance, per the devs, and in many ways would hurt performance.

4.27 does have some added benefits that they are looking into and believe they will eventually upgrade to. RTX owners would benefit from DLSS, for instance.

This is very common, the Unreal Engine struggles on full servers. Its a very CPU intensive game with 100 players. Don't expect to see frames per second like in different games. This isn't CoD or BF with smallish maps and lower number of players per game.

First lower your in-game settings, next you can try some launch options, but don't expect miracles. Also the game tends to crash in dx12, especially if you alt+tab from the game.

I've gone full sessions without crashing alt tabbing all the time with dx12.

I have a 3080ti and it used to stutter down to 40-45 fps... Now with -dx12 it never drops below 85 fps even on the most taxing maps.
