How to set the resolution for the game?

Somehow the option to set the resolution isn't possible anymore in the options. How can I set it or was this option removed completely?

Haven't found anything in the .ini file so far.

Odd. I do know it wasn’t removed.

Here you can see the problem. The option to set the resolution just isn't there in the menu.

I can kind of adjust the resolution, if I change the overall resolution in Windows before starting the game. But that's quite a hassle to always change from UHD to something else and then back again.
