Thats not what he said tho. He is asking if turning DOWN settings will give you an advantage, like it does in other games like PUBG.
Lower settings = less fidelity
Less fidelity = less bushes, grass, leaves on trees etc, which = better visibility
So you're hiding in this very tall bush, 100% covered, nobody can see you.
Then an enemy turns down his settings to low, removing the grass around you, removing the leaves on the bush.
The question:
Does turning down the options do this, or does it not do this.
