example, you see 4 enemy in a building, you throw in a grenade, just before you run into that building id like to know if i killed them with the grenade or am i running into a building with 4 enemies that i expected a number of them to be killed
in war you don't know if your opponent is dead untill you see him on the ground. you want kill feed? nice, go play bf 5, you got plenty of feed, you have feed for everything there, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ your paths included. this is not a casual game, this is hardcore sligtly less clumbsy than PS. and we, the core players, want the game to stay so. i never have problem to understand if my opponent is dead: i clean the room with a granade and i'm sure all are dead. and there is feed if you listen carefully, a little ping when you hit someone in the head-that is absolutelly oneshot and will allways be. no hp bars on my game!
So, Rising storm 2 and Red Orchestra are hereby casual games because they have a killfeed and anyone who plays those games should play BF5 instead.
You know, you probably thought there was logic to what you wrote but there really isnt, i'm not even sure what you're afraid will change with a killfeed, it doesnt add much, it doesnt change the gameplay or the game, it's basically just a UI component that sits in the corner by itself doing nothing but showing who died on the server, it doesnt show where, nor the distance, something you can also add a toggle for, if the >minority< of picky customers dont like it.
It doesnt suddenly make the game a casual game because it has it and it also doesnt suddenly make the game hardcore, not having it.
Sorry to say but it has to be said, your logic fails.
It's just not needed. People are only asking for this because they are used to have it from other games. And it's game changing in a way that it provides information that you would not have without it. And like I said in earlier posts it's something that adds to the thrill of the gameplay. Also there's a supressing mechanic in the game that makes everyone that gets shot at becoming a black out. So you can just supress enemy and move closer and look for yourself if you killed your target if you're not sure.
Anyways we can talk about this the whole day. I doubt that a kill feed will ever find it's way into the game. I think most people playing HLL do not want and need it.
Another so called internet tough guy approach..." you dont like it go play bf5"
It was a suggestion and looking for decent replies, games like this dont need ******** like you giving them grief and telling them to go somewhere else.
