Stay away from 7cav

tbh idk about the community or server/s in general personally iv had a few negative experiences with folk with "7cav" in their gaming handle in game. 1st neg experience was months ago now I was repeated Tk by a couple of them for no reason they even went traveling across the map to Tk.

on thinking back I think I may have Destroyed a Op a Garrison or tank one of them felt was their kill etc if for no other reason

i'll say one thing about clans. even they have their "entitled" or rogue members.

I've played on the 7th Cav server a ton of times and am friends with a few of them. I think what you dealt with are some polluted members.

in my 22 years of online pc gaming. that has ALWAYS happened with any clan.

Personally I just have a problem with [DIXX] servers.. In squad and HLL. They tend to do game nights alot and stack 1 team with their members on coms in discord alot. Sure makes sense but then it kills the server because they steam roll every match for about 3-4 matches then dead.

Their admins are a bit in the far age group of stay at home dads that dont generally have a sense of whats going on at all and just mute or ban people for just being clueless cause either they are new or dont know why the old fart didnt do what was asked of him as be part of a squad requires.

give some people "power" (set regulations) over others and they become psychopaths. but are very few

I'm not sure. I know other people who have had bad experiences on 7cav servers. Whatever servers they host, the toxicity follows. Arma 2, Arma 3, HLL, Squad, etc.

I have played plenty of matches with 7th CAV. Played a lot on their servers. I've never had a bad experience and I appreciate how they run their server.

I gave a moment of thought about joining up but I just can't give the time it demands. Otherwise, they all seem like very good people.

I think understanding the full context of the situation is good. Maybe it was a recruit and they need to know about it.

7th CAV gets a positive vote from me.

I been playing with 7cav since 2002. I agree with the OP. They were GREAT for a long time but in this game, I don't join them anymore.
Worst is that most of them are really cool, but some of them are really nasty, ghosting stream sniping PC [DATA EXPUNGED]s.

i like 7th cav servers, one of my favorites, a lot of good guys, always fun seeding their servers, small squad action a lot of fun, just follow server rules.

however, i know the op's pain... was banned from all dixx's servers cause of 1 rouge ahole of an admin, never had a single problem with anyone in team dixx cept that guy, so now im gone forever.... its not right.

I pretty crazy reading folk having bad experience's with server admins.

Iv only had one problem with a server admin and that was being kicked from a Command role for not having a mic some 50 odd mins into a match which was a bit crap.

as some one else said there are always rogue members in clans or someone who take issue etc and falls out with them or acts in a way that gets them kicked.

I like to have a match and whatever happens in/during that match stays there once it's over it's a new game new match new team.

to be honest I get more sh*t in here than I have ever had in game

I sort of agree. Mostly the current server seems okay, but I've seen a few slightly odd things lately suggesting something along the lines of "ghosting stream sniping" which could be from somebody outside the usual crowd. Still, I'm always happy to play on their server.

Ya I have had one bad experience with an admin on A Dixx server. but it was a while back An admin kicked me saying I had no idea how to play when I was begging for help defending our last objective that was half taken by the enemy while the admin who was also the commander was telling everyone they must attack at all cost.

My squad only had 3 people in it and were the only ones defending. He kicked me when I pointed out we must also have a a few squads to defend as well as having people attack. He then said I had no idea how to play and kicked me. The round ended before I even made it to the server menu list.
