Stutters/lag spikes every few seconds

Any tips how to fix stutters/lag spikes? I tried lowering my graphic settings but unfortunately it doesn't work :(

I have like 15-20fps more but game stutters even more with -dx12 :(

did you have it set to window borderless in the in game settings dx12 doesnt like fullscreen on this game right now
plus try -Window in there aswell

your going to have some stutters because the game is not fully optimised just yet but they seem to be working on it.

For me it helped to set a fps limit in control panel (60Hz), without that limit frametimes are very fluctuating, although fps are good.
And i set "prefer max performance" in CP, without that it look´s like the GPU has forgotten that they can use more MHz......it´s like: near 100% GPU usage, drops, but only half MHz.
