- Cosmetic DLCs.

I'll like a better promotion of the cosmetic DLCs or the chance to buy released ones, for some reason... i missed the 'US Summer DLC' so... that's something that i don't have but that i'll like to have and use, even if i had to pay it; i know that money goes (i hope) to the devs and that's another way of support the game and those who do it. I don't want to miss another cosmetic DLC for no reason and i like to make all the games as mine as possible, i'll pay for have those Kick Starter oriented free DLCs.

It'll never happen. A long time ago the devs stated that they would never sell skins. I mean all the way back to beta testing

Summer Warfare DLC is a seasonal DLC similar to Winter Foy helmets, which are supposed to be made temporarily available each respective season. Summer Warfare hasn't been re-released this Summer, yet. I am not sure about that Italian camo, but I think that No Retreat and Rear Echelon (unless Rear Echelon is that exclusive backer helmet the talk on Kickstarter was about) are supposed to appear on sale soon or later. Hopefully. Would be a big load of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if those two would turn out to be available only for the Kickstarter backers. But regardless, you won't be able to get all the DLCs. For example, German and American helmets given for pre-ordering the game through their site. And I am 100% sure that backer-exclusive camo and helmet ain't gonna appear on sale either.

There are cosmetic DLCs on sale though, currently only the Soviet Marine uniform.

I bought the URSS Marines uniform and i'm very happy with it, but that's not the main thing; the main thing is... that for some reason, i'd missed the US Summer DLC, idk how it happened, i've the game since 3 years ago, readed every Game Note (i don't know how it's called, i'm spaniard) and still i missed it and it's something that i would use, but, i can't find it to buy it. And i will if it were available and was the only way to get it or other cosmetic DLCs that i may have missed; if i missed one... i may have missed more.

Summer Warfare DLC is free just like the DLC with winter helmets, but it is available only for a few days. Those two DLCs are the ony seasonal ones so far. Summer Warfare should re-appear this Summer.

As in english doesn't seem to work... i'll say it in spaniard; espero enterarme a tiempo de la disponibilidad del US Summer Warfare DLC cuando vuelva a ser publicado, por que no me enteré de su existencia hasta hace dos días en Google. He leido todas las notas/noticias publicadas del HLL en Steam desde que compré el juego hace unos tres años y "de alguna manera" me lo perdí, espero que no se vuelva a repetír, pero, no me importaría pagar por tener este tipo de DLCs cosméticos, como por ejemplo el uniforme de el NKVD o esos cascos alemanes con escudos laterales, los que tienen las redes etc; sobre todo si mi dinero va los desarroyadores para ayudar a que continúen con el buen trabajo que creo que están haciendo.

Yet it is basically August yet it isnt summer to the devs yet?

It's August 25th already and i'm still waiting for the re-release of the Summer Warfare DLC.

Now i can see the Summer M1943 uniform for the US but, i can't choose it with the roles above lvl7 that i've; any idea?, i really want to have it available.

I don't want to wait another year for a uniform that now, seems available... but i can't choose it for the US roles above lvl7 that i've; so, i'm asking for help. If it happens to someone else.. if there's something that i can do about it..?. If you want to complain about the game, this is not the thread; this is only about Cosmetic DLCs.
