It would work if the map was designed around a battle exclusively involving an SS unit. But if they're going to take the time and expense, hopefully there will be more such maps.

the battle of the kursk salient was fought alongside many SS divisions. so it would be realistic to have the SS in those battles.

This community is such a joke. How many more times is someone gonna ask for this crap before you grow tf up.

We have paratroop skins in units with non-paratroops so any depiction you were hoping for is invalid - not in an appropriate historical context. It's just a skin, like a golden luger.

Only you pretend it isn't because that would make you too casual.

There is nothing to prevent this. BUT.... the map must be a battle where ss units where actually present. And that's the end of it. The rest is up to the designers.

because mixed ad hoc units were extremely common.
anyway. the camos it would provide are actually really important for gameplay purposes, because feldgrau is definately inferior to allied camos on most maps, and oakleaf would help balance the factions.

I mean, i can understand pro-arguments, but after watching so many discussions developing into exactly what has been expected: the delivered contra-arguments in said discussions have quite much been proven by the same people asking for this ...

Fun fact: most people (over all topics) ask for "colored wehrmacht uniforms" or "camouflaged wehrmacht uniforms" or something like this. No its always "add SS(!!!)-uniforms" or worse: "waffen(!!!)-SS(!!!)", i dont assume anything, but its interesting to think about this ...
