I just don't want to buy a pair of glasses just for playing and reading the map in HLL...
No, the case is just simply not this. I have to literaly lean forward to read even the names of the objectives. It's not being novice in the game, it's just small text, I learned reading text a "few" years ago and I am pretty good at it...

Maybe it is also a learning thing. I know round about where i am. I watch often the map and update my brain, so i know already where is what happening. I see the garries and op fast enough, maybe also because i can estimate where they are due to our friendly position, walking direction.
Updated game fonts to be more legible on higher and lower resolutions.
Players now face the objective whenever they spawn.
Implemented scaling player HUD icons. As players move away from you their icons become smaller. This also affects other icons in the game. The desire here is for a less cluttered HUD without sacrificing necessary information.
Tweaked all map icons to be better balanced according to importance and legibility.
[Fixed] Player icons on in-game map are too small in comparison to the other map icons.
Increased the transparency of the colored overlay on the map to make it more subtle and increase legibility of all other information.
now my eyes are 20-20, but i can only imagine if people have bad eyes, even i have trouble seeing the map icons.... it is absoluuutly horrible
they should go back to the original map icons!,. make them bigger and give them a backgroudn color so they stick out!!!.

I started the game with U7 so I didn't know how the map was before, but I checked on youtube and the old map IS MUCH MORE BETTER!!!!
People, seriously ...
The problem is not just the size but that the tanks, for example, are not filled in with color now so they are barely visible on the map for a quick glance.
