How to enable spatial audio (windows 10 setting) and start to rack up kills
I suffered in this game because I couldn't hear the direction of the enemy or the shooting, tanks anything, I heard everything in the middle of my head so I dig throught the internet to find the solution and it is to

enable "dolby atmos for headphones" in windows 10 and and it helps a LOT. I rack up kills since then.

Right click on the sound icon on the tray, choose spatial sound and select dolby atmos for headphones.

I have this "dolby access" windows store app installed on my win10pro, I read everywhere that it is just a 30 day trial and after you need to pay to use it further, but I didn't see anywhere that I enabled only a 30 day trial, probably because I have a lenovo Y540 gaming laptop. I just noticed a logo in dolby access app that says "professionally tuned for lenovo" and also I found a lenovo software "Dolby Atmos for gaming" on my machine that is installed by the "Lenovo Vantage" app and does exactly the same as the windows store app, so I guess it is free for this kind of series (gaming) of lenovo laptops. Lucky me.

You can still try Windows Sonic in the sound setting (tray->sound->spatial->windows sonic for headphones), its the free microsoft version of spatial sound. Or you can buy Dolby Atmos app in windows store, there is a 30 day trial to it, so u can check first if it really helps you or not.
