i didn't buy post scriptum because in the reviews they said this was an issue, turns out it's a thing here too. i just want to play the game. not spend a hour trying to find a english server...

Ho, i speak german pretty well. I lived in Frankfurt. It's not really the point here. When someone make a german topic, we don't go there to speak english. We let thoses people speak german because the OP is in german. The basic of a conversation is to be sure than everyone understand what you said. Else, it's a little bit disrespectful & a shady move.

And the "You need to learn german" argument is a crap argument. It's not because half the african people speak french than i will start to speak french and told to people to shut up and learn french.

I see your point but I disagree when it comes to a forum or thread. If you want to understand a language you need to learn it, simple.

And you are derailing this thread with your silly complaint. Just ignore it and move on, two German replies won't hurt anyone. Especially not if it is such irrelevant stuff about beer anyway.

PS: Frankfurt is the worst place to learn German as due the banking businesses almost everyone here will speak English by reflex.

I think this thread has had its time.

I don't want things to devolve into arguments and I made my point earlier on in the thread.

Be cool to each other. To us native English speakers, be cool - we have loads of popular servers we can rock up on at all hours.

Nothing wrong with some non-English language specific servers, especially as everyone else is normally expected to speak English by default in every other server.
