I just see it being fun for those that camp and just aim for the K/D ratio, not for those with actual teamplay in mind (as in screw the objective altogether and lemme get a 100:1 K/D ratio). The teamplay side seriously lacks already and the game is far to reliant on VC rather than the map.
So you probably don't shoot at players on long range, right? I mean I can't tell if an uniform is German or USA from distance. Can you? For me it would mean that players with HUD on can easily shoot from distance while I have to wait until I see clearly that it's an enemy. That's a disadvantage.
Checking to see if the person you're about to shoot is a friendly or otherwise isn't a disadvantage, that is a skill. I personally play with the markers off and I come from Darkest Hour 44-45/RO 41-45 and want the full hardcore experience (sadly 44-45 is no longer hardcore with the anti spawn kill punishment mechanics and map system showing enemy spawn points/vehicles behind your line or flanks).
Can you tell me how to turn them off? or tell me good settings for the game in general. I'm running a 9900K with a Radeon VII with 16GB VRAM so graphics memory is not a problem. I use my machine primarily for video editing on Mac OS that's why I have the Radeon. My monitor is a 32 inch 4k with only 60FPS and I'm running the game on 2560x1440. I'm using default settings at high but would be happy about suggestions.
Coll thanks. I'll try when I'm back home...
