Agreed 100%. Sad part is so many players don't know this.
Even in Battlefield V you can have trees and bushes disappear at a distance... it's an issue, but devs want people with lowly PC's to play this game, so to be on even ground low settings is often best.
I don't like it, but i ain't playing at a disadvantage when latency is already an issue.
Its not an issue with the engine. ARMA does exact same thing. To be able to draw moving grass, exactly the same and have it render at exactly the same time on every single players screen will create massive performance issues. I say until they work out a way around it, REMOVE THE F**KING GRASS
It doesn't have to be the same tho, you ain't really going to be seeing a single blade of grass from 100metres out, it's a matter of doing a decent LOD of it for set distances, rather than just having it disappear.
