True, you may have been black listed. It is possible that you were banned one server and are now banned on all servers that associate with them. Have you attempted to contact any of the server owners through their discord? They will have your info, however if you are black listed, good luck getting it lifted.

Let's say a player (we'll call him John), decides to excessively teamkill or says something racist on a Community Server (We'll call them Community #1).
Community #1's admins can screenshot their evidence against John, along with his Steam64 ID, and share it with Communities 2, 3, and 4.
Communities 2 and 3 decide that John's actions on Community 1's server ALSO broke their own rules, so they decide to blocklist John, preventing him from causing trouble on their servers too.
Community 4 decides to give John another chance, because he didn't do anything wrong on their server yet.
