and BF5 is not squad based (yes there are squads but its not a squad based game)

Post Scriptum and Day of Infamy, but Day of Infamy is pretty dead. I would recommend Post Scriptum.

There is also Heroes and Generals but due to F2P nature it became highly P2W so i wouldnt recommend it to you i actually switched from H&G to HLL and it sure as hell wasnt a mistake

Ravenfield + WW2 mods collection(s) for solo (only solo)
Day of Infamy for solo \ coop - it's excellent, but not many players out there
HLL for PvP, Post Scriptum is worse HLL sadly
I forgot Heroes & Generals even existed, and yeah I've heard it's P2W
BF V was trash, I doubt Pacific DLC fixed that

There's also a Ravenfield "clone" called Total Tank Simulator, it is set in WW2, but also solo only and having an RTS side ("buying" units for skirmishes). Can't recommend as I haven't played it.
