Annoying Sun Glare

Is there any way to fix that annoying ass sun glare? It's completely ridiculous on some maps depending which side you're on; can't see anything unless you stare at the ground.

I also highly recommend turning your brightness waaaaay down. I'm at 40 or 50% and it looks soooooo much better, much more photo realistic and the sun glare is much better. Faces also really pop at lower distances when your brightness is down.
