I don't have time to work PR for this game, got my own full time job and kid to worry about. While I see the servers are well populated in Europe, it is non-existent in Asia. Even if I could get a few players involved, we would still only be 4 or 5 players in a server. I don't really know that many gamers in my area who would be interested in HLL, which is why the idea of online gaming appeals....but not if there are literally zero players in the regional asian servers.
Ok and what is the point of this thread...its not something anybody to fix.
Either refund the game if you are under 2 hours or suck it up and join servers with 200 ping.
Can't say it is a 100% success, but it is a turn key operation essentially with minimal effort. In the time it took you to write this post you could have already asked if there are any other players interested in multiple group chats.
Edit: Don't know what nationality you are, but here you go

980 in the chat and a discussion board you can post in with a large number of Chinese (And potentially other) Steam users.
Over time...yeah, i bought this game to play now, not create a project of many months.
I think i learned my lesson supporting small multi-player games such as HLL. They just don't seem to have any appeal in this region. Given that HLL requires a significant number of players to effectively play a game, it seems unlikely that Asia will be a successful area.
I can still log into cod4, bf4, and play local servers immediately. I know they are big franchises, but they are extremely old games now.
sad to see since i had plenty of fun walking around receiving or giving orders.
As you're probably aware we recently activated some new Asian servers, which we announced in a recent Dev Briefing.
We know that we can absolutely make more noise around this to make players / potential players in the Asia region aware and will take action to do so in the nearish future.
Before we do though, we're just locking in a few more things. Once this happens we will keep up the momentum in the region to support players from that area.
