This game could use a kill feed so you can see if you've killed someone and see who just killed you

Thank you for your opinion, everyone has option to criticize but in this case. It would really ruin the intense depth feeling of the game play. Same applies to health bars, or being hit indicators which in reality are pretty useless 'cause it usually is one hit/kill engagements. So to your question. No, it would't be a wise idea to put any kind of kill feed in this game.
I don't want to change the look of your game, I want to change my game, are you really so selfish that you don't want this option for others because you won't be using it?
whoever doesn't, won't turn it on and it won't change anything in YOUR GAME, but I want a change in MY GAME.

For one player to have kill feed gives them an advantage. Giving it to everyone gives everyone the same advantage. Yet, think, that's NOT a harmless,"fair", even exchange. It would necessarily change the flow of the entire game... as stated way up above by Stryker. If you can't bother to read his or Jonno's answers to your questions then why keep arguing? Please refute their comments rather than just trying to win an argument.
If you can only tolerate one concept at a time here it is: Knowing your shots hit and killed reduces your caution to continue to push forward. It is and has always been a huge part of the gun play.
Kill feed works really well for a run-n-gun play style. HLL isn't that game.

Why are you all so mad red orchestra 2 had a kill feed it could go in the game turn it on or off if you want some people like knowing when they killed someone and who they killed. its all personal preference.
Just a BIG reason why it should not be added: currently, you supress / sprayn pray an area, but you dont know if the enemies are dead. If you add a killfeed, exactly this information is given to the player. So if you just shoot at an area where youve spotted an enemy, you will know if you killed him. This is not only a change, which might be "turned off" in settings, it changes gameplay fundamentally (just looking at rising storm 2).
Even a delayed killfeed is crucial information, and it CANNOT be simply "turned off" in settings, as players using this would play completely different compared to players not using killfeed.

Ofc right now you can tab and take a look at the killcount but THIS blocks your vision, a killfeed doesnt block your vision.

in rising storm 2 there are servers where killfeed is disabled, why could not such a solution be introduced here? people would choose which server to play better on.
killfeed may give you some advantage, if at all, but you decide for yourself whether you want to have an advantage or not, similar to changing the quality of the game when you think you are hidden behind thick grass and the opponent has everything set low or lower and sees you easily
in my opinion, I prefer the creators to give us a choice, maybe even only at the server level, but I prefer to have a choice than not to have at all, especially since hell let loose in the atmosphere there is no serious competition

It seems you dont understand what im talking about. Yes YOU can disable these settings, but how about other players? Thats what im talking about. You cannot choose to disable this setting for other players, and as long as a server cannot change these settings guess what happens. Its called META. Since then you have 2 choices:
a) play with a disadvantage from the start
b) play at the same lvl

guess what every human would choose (assuming they base their choices on logic)
I agree it should be addet and alot more, just got the game, and there are so many bugs and ♥♥♥♥ in this game dont get it why its so popular, sound is ♥♥♥♥, graphic the same and alot more.. Rising storm 2 have alot better game play, better graphic, sound, weapon adjust able sights and then on..
No to ANY kind of visual information given to a dead soldier about the shooter... too often already folks relay information when nearly-dead or holding F to let go... which i'm kinda on the fence about.

If there was a kill feed after you're dead that showed you who killed you, then you magically gained knowledge from beyond the grave about where that sniper [tank, whatever] is camping.

That isn't immersive game play, that is simply arcade nonsense. And there is literally ZERO legitimate arguments towards having a kill feed, other than "i want to hunt the dude who killed me" and now you know their location. Its literally an easy button, and no thank you.

Now, I'm not exactly opposed to a simple text version though; "SOLDIER-NAME killed YOU with GUN-NAME ...pretty much exactly how its displayed in the 'kill feed' on CS:S, but just place the text line under the YOU HAVE DIED text... but i don't think this info should be displayed to anyone but the victim.

I am a No on the Kill Feed. I think the minimum info they have now keeps things interesting.

I wouldn't mind a text chat giving me the distance of the kill shot and nothing else (no direction). Ok, maybe the firearm type too.

I don't think it would take away from gameplay giving out this info. It might help with identifying those using aimbots and such.

if you're quick enough you'll see the hit area indicator; combined with distance it would give too much info. Name and gun should be enough.

Guys, nobody is responding to the reasons for No. They just keep saying, "Why not?" Reasoning has no part of this. They have yet to respond to one explanation - as if they just don't understand what has been said.
