Longest Tank Kill?

What’s the longest tank kill you’ve gotten or have seen someone else get in HLL?
Yesterday my gunner in a Tiger destroyed a Sherman 708 meters away on St. Marie. We sat the tank up on the high ground east of The Barn and saw the tank almost 1/2 km by crossroads.

you can get stupid long kills on hürtgen wald. you need to drive up a sherman on the highest hill west of the scar (think theres a radio tower on top) and watch the road that goes through jacobs barn. Didnt manage to get a kill yet since its hard to get the distance right, however I badly hurt tanks multiple times. If you managed to get a kill it would probably be almost a kilometre.

Took out a Sherman with a PaK40 on Utah at nearly 700m

That long road on PHL is the longest kill. You can easily get 900m kills down that road. That's probably the longest shot you can get in any Tank. It pretty much stretches the entire map, and there's not much in the way of a good shot. Problem is, environmental stuff like the Belgian gates and little twigs that blow shells up aren't rendered at that distance.
