I'm permanently banned from TEAM DIXX US EAST server.

I'm not sure why, I'm not a troll player.
I think could be because my brother sometimes plays from my account.
Is there any option so I be unbanned?

Most issues seem to be resolved quickly and professionally if you reach out via discord.

Definitely get your brother to tell you what happened so you don't get blindsided if he was being a total donk.

Teamkills usually only result in a 2 hour ban, unless blatantly done after a warning. I myself have permabanned someone after being shot in the face AFTER telling them to quit with the TKs. The quickest way to earn a permaban is for racist or homophobic language. But listen to Chef. Don't let your brother use your Steam again.

with all the team killing this is actually good news for the community, sucks for you and hopefully get fixed, but the fug heads that team kill on purpose plague the servers
