Kicked for High Ping
This is getting ridiculous. Every match i play i cant get more then 10 minutes in before i get kicked for high ping! I join serves on the list with the lowest "Ping" and yet once i join im at 300+ ping and constantly fluctuating down and up before i eventually get kicked.

This is the only game that iv'e run into high ping issues!! I've done the port forwarding on my router and went though the "Optimization Guide" that's posted here yet nothing seems to change.

Is there any word on if this is getting looked at? Is there any other fixes i can try? Or am I stuck with a game i cant play???

(Q) I cannot connect to any Server. When I try to connect to one of the Servers, the game crashes systematically. The game could also give a kick because "ping too high”.

(A) From “[1AD]ZukoEU”: Please reinstall or move Hell Let Loose to the default C:/Program Files/HLL destination. Also make sure that you are only using one version of Visual Studio. Visual Studio 2015 and Visual Studio 2017 can not be on the machine at the same time. Some programs for whatever reason when installed to a different drive than the default C:/ one can not create folders or download required files for the game to run properly with no errors. Visual Studio contains useful libraries essential for a game. Make sure ALL your drivers are Up-To-Date, this so you do not have to worry about these things.

(Q) I can only see one or no Servers in game or see the "Ping too High message" (while in Game).
(A) Change the Steam ping settings from Automatic (5000) to 250 (the Lower) to show all servers again.

Remember that the game is in early access

I had the same issues with high ping especially after the Oct update. My ping went from 70-80 to 200-900+. I read in an old post by Team 17 to be sure to check in you network connections that the TCP/ipv6 was disabled.

My wasn't so after disabing that my ping returned to normal and ending me getting kicked all the time. If you haven't yet, check Parasol's guide also. There are just a lot of posts on this issue, so hope you find a solution.
