Is there any asian servers? And how is the player count in asia?

the bad part is, Asian region lack of sufficient english for team play and are mostly made of MOBA spirit, not tactical sims one.

Yes that's the sad part of living in Asia and you want to communicate with your teammates in english.

have you tried playing on EU / US? Playable ping? I have tried on warthunder mmo to EU / US. getting 150-250. Sometimes jumpy but yeah, playable enough although not comfortable.
