I would say you would need an I5 / 16gb ram / GTX 1060 or greater to run this game at a playable framerate.
very wierd though i can play rs2 and war of rights on this pc

On July 7 AMD is releasing their next gen of CPU and Motherboards. You could either pick up one of those, or get a 2nd hand ryzen for cheap by people upgrading. I can recommend the Ryzen processors. Some people claim they aren't good enough for gaming, but it really isn't true. I've had one for 2 years now and i have NEVER had a problem with cpu performance in games. The CPU only starts mattering if you are playing at 720P with an overkill $1000 graphics card.
