Anyway - point is that I find the 360 control+headset to be a particually versitile piece of equipment. They are pretty cheap now too.
Can confirm.
When you did that you should as well remember to disable your current mic.
Finally found out what was wrong with my headset, it was missing an adpater peice. I'm going to either find it or buy a new adapter to get it working
keep in mind that most headsets come with two cables. i have the arctis 3 and just found out i had the one plug extention lying in a drawer LMAO.
Huh? One goes in the speaker/headphones port (green) and one goes in the mic port (red).
