VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll missing
Tried a couple times reinstalling HLL on a Windows 10 (1903) system but I still get this message when I try to launch the game

Those aren't HLL files, those are windows 10 .dll

I am waaay out of practice in this field do a search or

I've been searching for a while, tried reinstalling the C++ but got a message that I already had it installed.

Than try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

Just got the same error. Uninstalled HLL and reinstalled. No joy. Went to Windows website and downloaded the MSVdfdjfkdj files and was told they were already installed. Now what?

I have just started having this issue today after playing the game for a week....Ive done integrity file check - didnt work, updated my video driver - didnt work, uninstalled and reinstalled game - didnt work. Tried last guys post here - says its alredy installed and didnt change anthing. Can someone please help with this issue. Run game, anti cheat runs and it seems to start loading then - VCRUNTIME140.dll says this file is missing?

download and ran the redistirbutable installation for VS, now it runs.
it seems the latest MS win 10 update yesterday may have screwed things up.
