Can these levels be completed?

The level E2 of "Caverns" and level 7 of "Metalworks" are the 2 levels that I got stuck and I do not know if there is a solution since I try everything and a good time in both, the worst is that I can not play the other levels since the latter must complete it Apart the zoom must solve it, you can not see necessary things like this last level that I said, because I do not know if it is giving the ray or not to the specific place since it is outside the zoom range Thank you...
