Kind of souls lite, but "Remant: From the Ashes" qualifies. One of the better ones honestly, just not necessarily monstrously hard.

I would also look up "thymesia" but I haven't tried that one yet.

"Little Witch Nobeta" is a weird mix between soulslike and Resident Evil 4, if you ever wanted to ironsight a magic staff it could be worth checking out

(though it's still in early access and gets like no updates except concept art so player discretion advised)
