GTX 745

I have a GTX 745 and you need a 760 as minimum.

How much lower can you get or do you need at least the minimum graphic card?

I wouldn't take a chance on that one. Quite a bit worse then the 760 on almost everything that is testable-

If one is close to the req's and thinking about getting it for PC or Console, it's better to ask than notice the pain release day.
But the 745 were only released as an OEM card, and a 745m version as far as I know/remember/can find, and were an 'entry level' card even at release ~5 years ago.

And yes, one could prolly get an 970 card almost for free now, but the rest of the computer must be able to power it and/or not bottleneck it.

Gtx 760 is already the minimum, bottom of the barrel settings. Meaning paper graphics (very low) with possible lag. If you have a 745, your out of luck. Instead of buying a game that will not run, put the money towards a 1060Ti or higher.

Which graphic card ist a good and not so expensive replacement?

This is a gaming pc, so I wouldn´t mind to replace some more parts, which is normally cheaper than buying a new gaming pc.

Depends on your wallet, if money is not a problem just wait for the new super RTX cards about to come out.....If not, you might want to check out the Gtx 1000 series cards mainly Gtx 1070 and above.

If you want to save money, maybe buy a used GTX 1060. It's a decent card for 1080p gaming and vastly superior to your current one. And I'd imagine that you will find it quite cheap on eBay. Just make sure you get the 6GB version, not 3GB.

This PC is 9 years old and I wrote that I either change some parts or buy a whole new one.

1060 or 1070 was my thinking, too. The price is about 200€ on Media Markt or even cheaper.

Update to 16 GB RAM is also an option.

I am not so sure, if 2,7 Ghz are enough, but for remote play for PS4 on PC it is.

I don´t mind about new games, which have ridicilous graphic card recommandations, but for anime games like Code Vein or Cold Steel 3+4 in the future, it would be good, even if I think, that anime graphic doesn´t need high graphic cards.

So I am fine with 1060 or 1070 GTX.

In this case it's not only about the memory. The 3GB version also has less cuda cores.
