Level and Gift grinding on multiplayer
Just curious, I am aware that if I over-level, it takes much much longer to level up Gifts.

At the same time, I am aware that on multiplayer, the game scales your stats or level to the host.

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows:

1. What are the recommended levels for each area/any area you know that is just below "over-leveled"?

2. If you were over-leveled in an area and gets summoned to that area by someone lower level than him (and not "over-leveled"), will Gifts-leveling become easier or will it still be as though you are over-leveled? Or there is no Gift-leveling in multiplayer (I haven't paid attention to this the last few times I did multiplayer)?

Thanks!

It's kinda pointless and a waste of time, so i doubt anyone did this.
If you are desperate, go and kill bosses in Depths for MJ212 (Silent White) or MJ310 (Void or Zero District, forgot which got Queen Knight Reborn as a final boss).
enter - kill final boss - exit - enter again
repeat

Since the boss dies in like 10-15 seconds, it's much faster to farm MJ, than grind skills.

Pretty much as stated above

If I'm not mistaken, the progress of your gift mastery from each monster have to do with how much haze you get from them. I have a feeling the formula for the gift grinding is most likely tied to the amount of haze you need to level up at the given level.

From experience though I would suggest leveling every 10 level when you change zone untill around 100. After that there is a diminishing returns in terms of stats gain every level and grinding gifts becomes a night mare.

One of these days I might try a lv1 only run and try and see how it all works.

Yeah, I am currently doing that but it gets a bit boring killing the same thing over and over.

Farming MJ is good if I want to level up just a few skills but I am thinking of trying to level up all the skills so that becomes a rather big chore.

Still, that is a viable method, which I am already using.

I was just curious because if multiplayer ends up faster, then I can play with randoms online while leveling up skills from other blood codes that I don't use as often; it will at least take the feel of the grind away. Also, MJ drops online as well so I can do a 2-prong approach.

Yeah, that does seem likely.

I am also guessing it is based on the haze gain.

I might have overshot though..hahaha..I got to 100 but then because I didn't wanna lose any haze and I don't know where else to sink them, I pumped my level up to 125 (yeah, I know it's kinda stupid..I got a bit of OCD:lunar2019laughingpig:)

Technically, I got all the Gifts I need but I was just wondering if there was a faster way to get them all leveled up.

well there is an passive ability in the bloodcode from Hephaistos which task is to make it easier to master talents (it has an "+" as symbol), haven't tried it yet

Yeah, I got that leveled just now.

I am gonna test that out soon.

Thanks!

Pioneer's Guidance is it's name. It probably adds something, but it's not going to make them instantly master once you have it.

I stopped at 156 to do random Depths multiplayers, swapping between codes to level up the skills. Something to do at least and forces me to try different stuff.
