sometimes i make money but sometimes i get contracts for only one guy. like is randomness devided equally or lean one way?

I am wondering, what do I have to do (if at all possible) to create a team, and automate it to some extent? have their members automatically accept, fulfill and deliver contracts, maybe even look for new work on their own? I see images online of massive offices with hundreds of employees, I just cant believe the player is micromanaging all of them...

Has development for this game been abandoned? I've had this on my wishlist for a long time, waiting for the eventual 1.0 release before I purchase. It looks like there's been only 1 minor update since December 2022.

i've been a fan for the longest time of the show "the Office" ever since then i've always dreamed of a game wanting to simulate that show and this is the only game that can scratch that itch. I hope this game becomes a full release someday.

Because the streaming software is using most of the CPU (about 70%). Edit - I managed to get the streaming software down to 50% by turning it's hide from streaming software mode, but the game still instantly hit 100% then crashed. This may impact my review of the game....
