It's impossible to get the achievements "Monk of Bali" or "Honesty was the best policy" without restarting the game, as telling a lie or having sex in any playthrough will carry the counter on through subsequent playthroughs. This isn't a huge issue as simply closing and reopening the game will fix it, but it can get a bit confusing....
