You will probably be able to run this game on 4 GB system RAM, but it will be with a rather low FPS. If you would happen to have SSD instead of HD on your system, then you will probably feel less of memory caching from Windows. Meaning less stutter in gameplay and faster transition in between loading of new maps in game.
In short: You will most likely be able to play this game in something like 1280 x 720 pixel, but don't expect to have hight FPS or high IQ. Your processor will also have some impact on how well this game could run and not only your iGPU (Intel HD 4400).
u can have a HD4400 but with a low end or very outdated cpu might stop u right there.& u need atlest 4gb ram for games in this world
