Bug In vents
There is a Bug that you cant go through last par of the Vents (or like me Entire Vent) so try to Turn On VSync in Options and you should be able to do it, If you still can´t go tthrough the last vent you should Go to Display options and Put Everything in max resoluiton,graphics etc all max and fov in minimum then you should be able to go through. I hope i Helped you guys.

What helped me was capping the FPS to 60 on Nvidia Inspector.

i think thats it if u max every setting Fps will get lower

Yeah, that's probably it. Your solution likely made your FPS to go below 60 fps.

vertical sync on actually fixed this. jump over it after youll continue

Turning on v-sync and spam hopping worked for me. I was already on max graphics at 2560x1440. Insanely dumb bug.
