Why would you want to use a controller with a first person shooter? (just curious)

he did not ask for how to play with mouse and keyboard, so why do you even bother ?

He said he is using big picture mode so most likely he is playing from his couch using the TV as his monitor. I have no ideal configuration where you can use the mouse/keyboard from a couch comfortably, plus this is a singleplayer game so it's not like you need super accurate aim to best some AIs :P

No this is not correct, you can use this program to have every game detect your PS4 controller as a 360 Pad and just work automatically

Are you emulating the PS4 controlling as an Xbox 360 one?

IF you want to play games from your couch with a mouse and keyboard comfy all you need is a lapdesk. I have a couple of them and it's awesome. I use steam's in-home streaming out to my big TV and play with either a controller or wireless mouse/keyboard depending on the game. Both are comfortable.

I bought X1 controller yesterday and it worked as soon as I plug it in because microsoft released official drivers for it and it downloaded them as soon as I plugged it in, so I will use this for now.

What's wrong with unofficial software? Many times they do a better job than the "official" ones, or in this a case a job that isn't even done by the "official" ones.

You can always complain with Sony though.

all my 4 controllers works for this game but i prefer to play with M&K since that is a much better feeling + way more easy

maybe if you say what controller/gamepad you use there is a chance someone can help
