Another game ruined by levels that are too hard

Chasing through the cemetery is stupid hard. If I have to look at cheat videos to complete , then its poorly programmed. Spent hours there already and the checkpoints suck

I agree that the cemetery was diffiuclt, but I got it on the second try. I'm truly sorry that you had to look at a cheat video, which really sucks, to beat the level but maybe the problem is on your end.

Maybe there are skills you don't use enough (like the executions, especially the one that gives HP), maybe you don't use cover enough, maybe you underestimate you ennemies, but I can tell the game is fine.

Also if you haven't played this game before and are playing it on high difficulty, then you know the problem. If you really can't beat it, try in the lowest difficulty and see what is different, then retry with your original difficulty and adapt to it.

Personnally I played the game in Mobster difficulty which is Normal, I assume, and it still gives a challenge, since I was also trying to learn what our character can do.
I hope you beat the game and enjoy it, but please, don't blame the game/devs.

For the record, I have not looked at any cheat video (yet).

At the VERY least, there are not enough checkpoints on this level. As difficult as it is, I don't think being tossed back behind the gate every time after killing quite a few enemies is fair.

I resent that as much as the trickyness of the level.

Playing this on PC. Ya'll must really rock if you zipped through this level on the first or second try.

Nah, only on Mobster. Finding battling those bastards harder than it should be. Got to the gate with the light generator once, but couldnt get past that

I just watched a walkthrough on youtube, some game box version. Not nearly as difficult as what the PC has. I have the bastard with the shield running right on top of me, and very hard to kill. Don't see that at all on the vid.

PC version is farked.

Sorry but if you are really having hard time on this level, then you should just "get gud".

I know this is one of meme answers but really, you either try to play the game like COD where you press w and w1+w2 everywhere, without using your buddy Darkness and perks it offers, without any cover or you are just bad...which I *hope* is not an answer.

Like what is the "actual" problem you have?
Don't say "Checkpoint sucks" because you shouldn't die there in the first place.
There is a lot of cover there, not many open areas so that is not a problem.
Enemies are not the toughest yet, few of them will still have pistols and smg's over rifles.
Maybe you don't destory lights so you can't use your Darkness?
Darkness is a key in this game.
Trouble with shield guys?
Remove it using Darkness and throw it away getting free kill.

Just...get gud I guess.

What exactly do you mean , using my Darkness. This is pretty deep into the game, so, clearly , I know how to play a game.

Shield guys? Use m1 to shoot the shield from it's protection from darkness, then grab it and throw.
What is hard about that?
