Why no plane uses hanger?

I have 2 medium and 1 small hanger at year 9, but not a single plane used them.
I do confirm they are connected to taxi way. And I do have spare pushback car.

Is there anything im missing here?

They are only used in emergencies. So one of the emergency flight landings needs to happen for one to use the hangar.

Then my question could be, how to trigger emergency? I only meet it once at year 2 when I dont even have a runway. Then in the next 7 years, no emergencies at all...
used lvl 3 bag check and safest secure check. should I downgrade these in order to have one?

no, it depends on your difficulty level at the start of the game. You can change it by editing the JSON save files (so you get more), but otherwise there's nothing you can do. If you really want to, you can spawn them manually with commands and sacrifice achievements, but that's not recommended. If you want either methods, just say so and I'll write them.

That explains. I selected easy at the beginning. I will look at the save file and edit it. I am asking this question simply because I was wondering if I did sth wrong with the hanger and whether should I keep the space for these "not working " hangers.
I don't think I need to manually trigger it unless I meet some bug and can't have one even in extreme difficulty. I will look into the save file. Thank you for the answer, helped a lot.

Same over here. Never any use of the hangar, So, maybe an idea to skip this step when building your airport in easy mode.

Yah, so if you want to change it in the save files you have to go to the save directory. I'm assuming you are on PC. Go to the file directory of "C:\Users\[YOUR USER]\AppData\Roaming\Apoapsis Studios\Airport CEO\Saves\[YOUR SAVE]". Then open the GameData.JSON file. Search for "playerDifficultySetting" and then change the number after "playerDifficultySetting" according to:
0 = Easy - pretty much no emergencies
1 = Medium - a few emergencies
2 = Hard - a medium amount emergencies
3 = Very Hard - tons of emergencies
