How increase staff happiness?

My staff happiness is 70-75% and I would like to increase it.
I created staff rooms with desks, sofas, automatic dispensers, baths to try to improve.
Didn't touch turns.
How coulld improve it?

make sure they are trained, have restrooms to use, lower their work hours, has seating and or desks in their staff rooms, and vending machines to snacking.

ok I am already in this situation: maximum training for all the staff and all the things you mentioned.
But their happiness is only 70% and their productivity is only 93%

One of the ways to help improve their happiness is to make sure they have a short distance from a staff room to their work site.

I've got the same issue,
Bathroom, snack/beverage-machines close, enough seating, but still is Staff happiness around 70%!!!
Just 1 alteration(work hours to 9-17) and the happiness is almost 100%!!!

Build staff rooms closer to workplaces and only select the workers who are working in that area
