Can't dismiss Contractors.

I am having issues dismissing my contractors, all of a sudden.
I can only minimum is suddenly 68 contractors on ground at all time.

Try saving, quitting the game to desktop, wait a couple of seconds, relaunch game, load saved game, and see if it lets you dismiss them now. If not, start a new game and see what the new game does, after you get a contract, bring on the workers, then try to dismiss them and see if it does it again or not.

If it still won't let you dismiss contractors on the new game, I would submit a bug report.
