Airport CEO bug reporting info
If you find any bugs or unusual behaviour we would appreciate if you would submit a bug report. By using the in game bug reporting tool we can consolidate all the issues into one place. That will make it easier and faster for us to resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below to report a bug:

  • While in game, press ESC to open side menu.
  • Open the bug reporting form, briefly describe your issue and submit.

Note: If you get an error while reporting, please check you firewall.

If the above is not possible (for example game doesn't start) you can use the direct link below to submit a bug:

The last update seems to have caused a few errors. My fuel trucks cannot find it's way to the aircrafts, and it is now not possible to have a toilet zone on a staff zone. I stopped playing again ...

You can buy Floor Tiles for free if you enter on Planning Mode;

When demolishing a Wall or Door tile it annoyingly also erases the tiles zone, making holes in your Safety Zones;

You can demolish fences instantly and for free if you place an aircraft stand over it and cancel the construction;

You can demolish Walls instantly and for free if you place a door over ir and cancel the construction.

Hi, I can't seem to report a bug as I need access. Yesterday I played for a few hours without issue. Today the game won't even load and I get a short pop-up logo with an errormark. No information and I have retraced all my steps yesterday. Even reinstalled the game.

Clicking the terminal overlay just closes it. Can't assign staff or vehicles.

Not really a bug, but it appears that I can assign an international flight to a gate outside of the terminal international zone. I noticed this when I turned on the auto assign to flight scheduling, but even after putting the schedule back to manual I can assign international flights to gates outside of the international zone. Shouldn't the game have a check that doesn't allow this? Continuing on this theme, some of the international flights that I am offered exceed the range of the aircraft assigned to the route. There should be a check for this as well.

Are you using the realistic international mode without Schengen rules? (See gameplay settings)

devs, please end the support of this game or fix the pathfinder.
my last game i made a huge airport with many gates. but i did´n use luggage handle. the game is slow but some playable.

yesterday i built luggage structures and enabled it. after that the game keeps freenzing after build anything, even a single wall block.
also freezes when im moving the screen, zoom in ou zoom out, clicking on something, unclick, etc...

the game was limited to 40% passangers.
