Medium also requires less security guards. With big ones I'm experiencing the issue that security guards go on rest before the new one arrives and the checkpoint closes for a while.. which is stil worst because passengers start going back to afford another checkpoint which is open.
I have 150 guards, 90 needed... and still can't keep open all my checkoints all the time because there's always one or two that some time closes for a while... ufff...
This must be a bug and considered a major bug, because.... what's the played supposed to do more than hiring double the amount of agents needed? The game's counter don't show any variation about the number of security guards needed, so I don't even know if continue to hiring agents is worth something or not, because it doesn't seem to take any effect in practice..
By the way also the checkpoints at the upper floor, with the staff's room just next to them full of fully rested agents, continue to suffer the same problem..
