Airside Shuttle wont depart

i just created a remote stand, and the airside shuttle carrying departing passanger never move from the station

- Are the passengers already on the bus?
- Are the service agents at the remote stands finished with the inspection round?
- Do you provide baggage service at the stands?

Yes, they already on the bus

Are the service agents at the remote stands finished with the inspection round?
all turnaround process already done except the boarding and pushback

Do you provide baggage service at the stands?
Yeah, it already loaded into the airplane

Ok, usually boarded busses won't depart when ramp agents aren't finished with the inspection round.

But when all services are finished and the passengers are waiting in the bus, I'm confused as well. :/
May someone else has an idea.

nope, it only fix as soon as the terminal is established, the next airplane will have the same bug

Zone overlay is the Z key. For the first picture this would be helpfull.
Also where are the boarding desks? On the floor above? I can't see where there passengers are coming from.

There should be a dismiss airside bus button, becasue frequently people get stuck inbetween walls or are just far away from the boarding gates but airisde buses always wait for every single person to board, this causes massive delays, when the flight is dismissed the airside bus just gets stuck at the boarding gate
