Cafe Counters

Now that we have more choices, no matter what I do all contracts say I don't have a counter. I've tried every combo of what's available. I can't open my food shop because of the "x" beside cafe counter.

Are you sure it doesn't say "display fridge" or "cashier counter" instead? I've been opening a new cafe/restaurant just this weekend and I needed to remove a couple of counters and replace them with fridges instead. As for cashier counters, if that's what missing, you can use the small just fine instead of the big ones if you already have counters using parts of the big cashier counters.


EDIT: Oh I just checked how it is. The text in game should actually read "Cashier counter" instead of "Cafe counter". That's what may confuse you. Put a cashier.

Yes I just figured that out. You were right I needed one "cashier" as well as food or coffee counters. All good and thank you for your help!
