queue for boarding

Is there a way I can make passengers stand in a queue when boarding starts? Now they are in 1 long queue spread into my terminal. Same when passengers are waiting for transportation, they just stand on the road even if there is enough pavement. Hope to get some advice :)

well just like you can draw a queue at the checkin-in and security, is this also possible at the gate so I have passengers who are boarding in a queue? Other question is about passengers waiting for transport are waiting in line on zebra-crossings instead of the pavement

sorry nothing you can do to make queue but you can add gate seating for inside and benches and bus shelters outside to increase capacity
