Aircraft stuck at gate

The aircraft is stuck and cant be dismissed as the button does nothing. its status says unknown and i have tried resetting aircraft paths and it does nothing. its just holding up the gate being annoying. HELLPP

There are several things you should check.
- Taxi way node:
+ incomplete taxi way node. you may accidentally delete one single node
+ lack of proper runway holding point

- Runway setting: These are mistakes I did the most lol
+ no take off runway due to all rwy set for departure only
+ no take off runway for that aircraft size, due to rwy length or you simply forget to turn the switch on
+ no take off rwy because once may forget to set it for commercial/GA flights

- Service vehicle:
+ No/lack of push back truck

Those are all stuation that I myself faced. Hope it might help

or did you check that did the airplane finish refueling/ maintainance/ loading passanger/ loading baggage/ waiting for the pushback truck to pushback?

It's only this plane the rest of the airport is running functionally. The plane itself has not started to unload passengers and there r no passengers in the airport for it to load so it's stuck. Its as if they have disappeared.

click on the stand and click dissmis airplane if this dosn't work now press F10 and click reset aircraft paths (it is on the far left seccond box down) despite loosing the plane it may be a aircraft path bug

then my suggestion is that you report bug in-game. And then build a new airport :)

i cant delete the gate since the plane is on it. not sure how to post a picture here.

it wont let me. its just the gate connected to the terminal. there is a boarding area connected and security.

In f10 I believe there is a button called dismiss all aircraft try that and if it dosn’t work it may be a path finding issue so try resetting the paths (posted above)

may be is your push back truck problem.
