I dont SEE bagage

Hello , I have all the things you need for baggage. But i dont SEE any baggage on the baggage claim NONE. The baggagecar is driving up and down and the are rampagents for the baggagebay but i dont SEE any baggage NONE. The passengers are complaining they cant get their baggage. WHY ??????? Please help me

hmmm well i like to suggest you try to make some screenshots and show them to us maybe we can spot the problem.. ( both above ground, and below how you connect things )

But my guess is that you maybe forgot to click the "boarding desk/gate desk" and drag a line to the aircraft parking area and say it should load/unload baggage or turn on this feature.
You also need to drag a line from the airplane stand to the unlod cargo area, and to the area where people can pickup their stuff, and a line to your checkin desk..
( its been a while since i played so i could be wrong, but something like that ).

Maybe another reason could be there are not enough staff in the area to unload the plane and fill the baggage cart/truck. I also think you need to research and unlock something but im not sure, or need a special manager.
Do the baggage cart/truck carry suitcases from a-b or are they empty ?
( maybe try to restart your game, sometimes suitcases become invisible )

Regarding your conver system... double check that you connected the in/out of the system correctly where you trucks unload/load.. if it is connected wrong the baggage wil stay inside the machine and maybe not show up since it cannot move anywhere.
Try to zoom in/out, and see if you baggage show up when zoomed in.
And double check that you did not turn one of your bagge conver system in the wrong direction.
It can happen that a conveyer table somewhere run in the wrong direction and stuff pile up.
Also try to check place where your conver system goes up/down if one of them is in the wrong direction.
Next check your baggage transport system is connected to the baggage machine where you people can pick it up, and that that your machine is inside a baggage zone.
If you have no baggage zone on top of your baggage machine where you people shall pickup the luggage then your baggae will not arrive.

When you start the game, you can choose what quality. "Fastest" shows no baggage, but it's still there. Maybe you're playing in that quality?

Thank you King de koning you are wright my game was on Fast , when i put it on good it worked. But i get the picture in the bagagebay of a suitcase with questionmarks above it and a line at the right side of the suitcase , what does it mean ?
