Want to play but Security not connecting to boarding desk??

If your boarding desk is connected to a stand and the security checkpoint and boarding desk are in the same secure zone the security checkpoint should automaticly connect.
I never had to connect a security checkpoint by hand.

oh and security does not need to be connected to a boarding desk, it only has to be connected to a stand.
if you click a stand, you should see lines to a boarding desk and one or more security stations.

Same problem here : I have 5 stands connected to the same number of boarding desks, 3 security checkpoints in the same secure zone as the boarding desks and still the message "security checkpoint not connected".

Any clues ?

Me too. Just running through the tutorial, everything set up, staff hired and I've signed contract with a couple of Airlines. Problem is:
1) I can't allocate flight slots because...
2) Flight planner says I have no stands because....
3) Stands say they aren't connected to a Security Desk, but
4) There doesn't seem to be an option to connect stands to security either directly or via Boarding Gate.

I know I'm missing something really obvious, but....?

Make sure your walls are part of the secure zone. A stand next to an unsecured wall cannot connect to the security desk.

123banterisgreat, if you deleted a wall in the security area; it is no longer secured so you will need to paint the security area over the deleted wall space. That may be what is giving you said error. To be safe just repaint the security area; it will not cost you anything...
